We arranged the making-up of a tease-up movie for the organizer to present this event and gather as many participants as possible.

This network of lawyers organizes a yearly assembly which is the only moment for its members to work together on the future vision of legal markets, to network and strengthen the relationships they created within the alliance. Bangkok was chosen this year and mixing meeting sessions with visits and activities in the city of angels were our challenge.

The best logistic support had to be provided during this 4-day seminar. The first challenge was to handle personalized and VIP arrivals from destinations all over the world. Many participants wanted to come few days before the event to relax and enjoy individual activities and sightseeing.

During the event, participants had to attend 2 meeting sessions per day while accompanying persons and spouses were divided into different groups for activities and visits. The biggest challenge - besides technical aspects for meeting sessions - was the timing that had to be perfectly synchronized. Set ups, caterings, transportation, activities were to be controlled and adjusted behind the scenes in real time to provide perfect timings and smoothness all along the seminar. Personalized services were provided every step of the way to ensure guests felt well looked after, could set back and enjoy every minute of their trip.
The seminar was a real success. A wonderful gala diner along the river Chao Phraya in an exclusive and magnificent place emphasized/epitomized our clients’ feeling of happiness – the “icing on the cake.
Lawyers or and accompanying guests alike congratulated us for a great seminar, during which the members got to know each other and enjoy the sights and attractions of the great city of Bangkok. This feeling of satisfaction was also reflected by the number of extensions most of them purchased.
