This network of lawyers decided to organize their annual meeting in Bangkok, alternating meetings with visits and activities in the city of angels. This annual meeting is a very important moment for these lawyers because they exchange views on various aspects of the multiple legal aspects in order to establish a common vision. It is also a time during which they can network and strengthen the relationships they have created within the alliance.

Unwavering logistical support was required during the four-day seminar. The lawyers were required to attend two meeting sessions per day, while accompanying persons were divided into separate groups for activities and tours. The biggest challenge—besides the technical aspects of the meeting sessions—was maintaining the tight schedule. Meals, transportation, and activities had to be controlled and adjusted in advance to ensure a smooth flow throughout the seminar. Personalized attention and services were provided at every stage to ensure clients felt cared for and enjoyed every minute of their stay.
