Novaway Takes Action in the Field

At Novaway, sustainable tourism is not a promise—it is a concrete commitment. On 19 December 2025, our entire team left Bangkok for Samut Songkhram province to bring our “Think Green, Go Green” initiative to life.
This day turned our annual team building into meaningful action, supporting both the environment and local communities.
Education and Community Sharing
Before taking action, we must understand. The day began at 10:00 AM at the Ban Khlong Khon Ecotourism Center, where our team joined an awareness session led by local experts. We deepened our understanding of mangrove ecosystems and their importance for biodiversity, coastal protection, and the resilience of coastal communities.
Wat Khlong Khon School
We then visited Wat Khlong Khon School (Samut Songkhram) for a moment of exchange with the school team. Beyond a simple visit, we took part in a seedling cultivation demonstration and supported digital literacy through a documented donation of IT equipment (PCs and screens) and LED lighting.
Child safeguarding: this visit was coordinated with the school management to avoid disrupting classes. Novaway does not publish identifiable photos of children without prior written consent. All support was provided based on the school’s expressed needs and documented with a formal handover record.
Hands in the Mud: Active Reforestation
After lunch, it was time for action. At 1:00 PM, we boarded long-tail boats to reach the planting zones. Together, we joined a mangrove reforestation activity, guided by local stakeholders.

Commitment: each team member planted 3 mangrove seedlings.

Experience: a simple, hands-on, collective action reminding us that nature protection requires shared effort.

Responsible approach: planting was carried out with local guidance, using suitable native species and field practices.
A "Green" Corporate Culture
We ended the day at The Grace Amphawa with a warm closing moment under the theme “Think Green, Go Green.” Beyond the atmosphere, this initiative strengthens our corporate culture: learn, act, and continuously improve our practices.
The result: a united, informed team proud to contribute in a tangible way to protecting Thailand’s natural heritage. Traveling with Novaway means traveling with a team that knows the field—and is not afraid to roll up its sleeves to help preserve it.
